Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

• Be a legal resident of India
• Have a valid Indian bank account
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

User Registration and Account

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may only create one account per person

KYC Requirements

• Valid PAN and Aadhaar documentation required
• Bank account verification for payment processing
• Identity verification may be required at any time
• Failure to complete KYC may result in account suspension

Platform Usage Rules

Permitted Use

• Search and apply for legitimate job opportunities
• Complete assigned tasks honestly and professionally
• Communicate respectfully with employers and support staff
• Provide accurate work samples and deliverables

Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake profiles or providing false information
• Attempting to circumvent our payment system
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using automated scripts or bots
• Soliciting personal information from other users
• Posting inappropriate or offensive content

Payment Terms

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed daily to your registered bank account
• All payments are subject to successful task completion and verification
• Payment delays may occur due to bank processing times or holidays
• We reserve the right to withhold payment for suspicious activity

Platform Fees

• FlexiGigs India does not charge workers any platform fees
• Standard banking charges may apply from your bank
• Tax obligations are the responsibility of the user

Work Quality and Standards

• All work must be completed to the specified requirements
• Original work only - no plagiarism or copyright infringement
• Meet all deadlines and quality standards
• Communicate proactively about any issues or delays
• Accept feedback and revisions when requested

Intellectual Property

• Work completed through our platform typically belongs to the employer
• You retain rights to your personal information and profile
• You grant us license to use your work samples for platform promotion
• Respect all third-party intellectual property rights

Platform Modifications and Termination

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Unresolved disputes will be handled through arbitration in Mumbai

• Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction
